Future Leaders in Action

The 15th Maccabi Tzair CLAM Continental Seminar brought together young leaders and educators from across the Americas for a week of learning, connection, and shared experiences in Argentina.

Representatives from 20 Maccabi Tzair branches took part, with participants from the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, and Israel  - creating new connections while strengthening their shared commitment to Jewish-Zionist education and the future of the Maccabi Movement.

The event was led by a young team from Maccabi Tzair La Plata – Juli Gluck, Flor Cabalitto, Ilan Cosarinsky, and Mati Rabinovich – under the general coordination of Sabrina Rabinovich, Executive Director of Maccabi La Plata, and with the support of the Maccabi World Union Education Department, led by Rabbi Carlos Tapiero.

More than just a week of inspiring discussions and memorable moments, the Seminar was an opportunity to see the next generation already stepping forward – ready to educate, lead, and shape the future of our Movement.

We are so proud of our future leaders!
